At Her.thesupermade®, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
